the death of l8y_k8

So I recently killed off a profile I was keeping at consumating.com, simply because I wasn't visiting the site anymore, and didn't want to encourage people to send me emails if I wasn't going to answer them.

The idea behind consumating was that you were involved, by your mere presence, in a popularity contest, and so you'd answer questions and then the dating public on the site could give you a thumbs up or a thumbs down on your answers. Not a bad idea, if you ask me, especially because so many other sites aren't interactive at all, and barely provide any opportunity to express your creativity. I wasn't really finding people I wanted to go out with on the site (except for Sean, the last guy I dated -- and he deleted his profile, too. I'm just doing what the cool kids are doing!) But I really liked the answers I gave to some of the questions they asked, so instead of killing l8y_k8 entirely, I'm reposting them here.

[For the record, at one point I was the 211th most popular person on the site. Can I put that on my resume?]
