Just chock-a-block with them. In fact, don't read this without appropriate precautions. In addition to the familiar shortcut keys from Word (e.g., Ctrl+P for Print, Ctrl+N for New Document or Ctrl+Z for Undo), there are a couple of Outlook-specific keyboard shortcuts that can save you some valuable time when sending emails.
